Somethings Only A Mother Can Teach

Due to my pale skin I find it very hard to find a foundation which is a good match for my skin color. The safest bet is too go for the palest one available and match it with a pale powder. For a few months I had found a high street brand which had a very pale foundation, but now it has been discontinued.

After spending a lot of time trying to find an affordable match, I was back to relying on powder to make a pale enough foundation. When at home and grumbling to my mum about my predicament, she suggested mixing my moisturizer with the foundation. This is probably the best make up tip my mum has ever given me.

I mix an equal amount of foundation and moisturizer, and apply on top of primer. You can add more or less foundation depending on the coverage you want. I feel that this is the best make up coverage I have had in ages.

I highly recommend this for all of those who struggle to find a pale enough foundation.
