Alternative to Photo Frames

Since moving into my new flat I have been thinking of non-invasive ways of hanging photos in my room. I bought some hooks that were suppose to hold up to 1kg of weight. I hung photo frames (less than 1kg, followed all instructions) and within a few hours the hook had fallen off and my photo frames smashed. I was really disappointed as I love having photos hanging up.

Since then I have been looking for alternatives and today I found one! It has cost me £3, was simple and I can make more for when I get more photos.

Using rope:
 Paper clips:
 Decorative tape:
 And pins:

I lay out the photos that I wanted to hang:
and lay out rope to cover the length of the photos and doubled it. I tied the lose rope ends together, then using the paper clips put the photos into place:
I then covered the rope with decorative tape and I didn't just want the rope on show:

It took about 10 minutes, will only need 2 pins to attach them to my wall and I can make as many as I want with the amount of supplies I bought.
