Turbo Detox!

According to a recent article published by Glamour (as found on twitter) there are three yoga moves which: "Any woman can benefit from these yoga moves designed specifically to help, because strong movement, twists and inversions stimulate your whole inner washing machine, including the lymphatic system (your cleaning fluid) and filter organs like the liver and kidneys to work their best," (Sadie Nardini).

I practice yoga every day and found these moves to be tough. I am going to carry on doing them to hopefully turbo detox as well as eating well. I was seriously considering the juice detox, then read this, it scared me out of it.

I have previously done the Weetabix diet, it was quite easy to get to grips with. Two meals a day are Weetabix with skimmed milk and no sugar, only fruit as topping, then one very healthy meal a day with fruit as snacks. Whilst doing this I was working as a tour guide at Bath Abbey, I would be walking 212 steps up to six times a day whilst presenting a speech. I lost quite a lot of weight whilst doing this but it also came with a few health risks, I kept fainting at work, would be very drunk after 1 pint and was then diagnosed with being anemic. I quickly came off this diet and had to make some serious dietary changes.

From all of that ^^ I should probably learn my lesson and not take a short cut for a detox but to do it properly, so this time I am using yoga and healthy eating, I have also tried to get my sister involved.
