A Mid-Week Break in London.

I haven't done a blog in a while, this is mainly because I have finished the first big project on the phone cases, which was the leopard print case. I am now waiting for inspiration to create a new phone case, I still have a bare case for my phone and loads of gems so will aim to do something next week. 

More recent posts have also revolved around nail varnish. And this won't be any different. Last week I bought some new nail varnish. I have been experimenting with different colours and different patterns using different glitter nail varnishes. Now I am down in London for a mid-week break and have a few nights out planned so thought I would try something new using these polishes:

As always I have done a base coat to prevent staining. Then I have done a first coat using the silver glitter: 

Normally I would have a color underneath the glitter but have decided to make silver the main colour. I am going to start by using the blue glitter on a feature nail, I do this just in case I am not convinced it would suit all nails. The blue glitter is a little difficult to apply, because it has a clear polish it tends to be quite thick. To get around this I apply it to a piece of a paper then choose the glitter I want.
